Waterford Harvest Festival 2012

Did you know Waterford was once the Wine Capital of Ireland? Author, Critic, Chef, Actor and Broadcaster, Paolo Tullio is teaming up with our very own Waterford Historian Eamonn McEneaney to host an evening of wine and history in the beautiful surrounds of our new Medieval Museum.

Take a journey through Waterford’s Wine history and tour the wonderfully atmospheric Undercrofts, known as the Mayors Wine Vaults in centuries past.  Matched with superb wine sampling led by Paolo, it promises to be a sophisticated soiree in this unique venue.
